Refund Policy
Your support is crucial in helping us achieve our mission. There are several ways you can contribute and make a difference.
We want every gift to be one you meant to make.
Mistaken or duplicate gifts
If you donated in error, were charged twice, or entered the wrong amount, write to contact@ucahf.org within 14 days of the transaction with your receipt number. We will refund the gift in full to the original payment method.
How long it takes
Approved refunds are issued within 7 working days. Depending on your bank or wallet provider, the money may take a further 3–10 days to appear.
Gifts already spent
Where a donation has already been disbursed to a programme, we will explain the position and, wherever we reasonably can, still honour the refund.
Recurring gifts
You can stop a recurring donation at any time. Cancelling stops future payments; it does not automatically refund past ones.
